Production Automation, Automation in Production

There are more than three hundred automated specialized machines at YIH CHENG manufacturing facility. Not only to improve throughput but also to control the quality. Processed by our special heat technology, the products’ quality and lifespan are twice of those famous brand products in the market. Through this system we could also constantly review our products categories to make more complete offering.

Quality Assurance System

YIH CHENG FACTORY CO., LTD has a sound of quality assurance system approval of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, inspection testing and certification of German VPA, GS and VDE. All of product is controlled by five systems as raw material inspection, the process self-inspection, the inspector random inspection, half-finished goods inspection, and finished goods inspection. Well trained staff is familiar with all of different screwdriver international specification, and the strong control team combines different specification to develop the unique Lancer quality assurance system.

Professional Experience

Product 100% in house, the numerous technological machine work in YIH CHENG factory such as CNC, Forging machine, Heat-treatment machine, Laser machine, Printing machine, Injection machine and so on. YIH CHENG cooperates with the machine factory to develop the station machine to assure the production quality and innovation designed professional tools.
